The MRidium 3860+ may be plugged directly into an electrical outlet within the MRI scanner room or powered by its ‘Long Life’ rechargeable battery. Lasting up to 12 hours at 125ml per hour the rechargeable battery also serves as a ‘back–up’ power source in the event of a power outage.

MRidium™ 3865 ‘Wireless’ Remote Control
With the MRidium™ Wireless Remote Control adjustments to the infusion process may now be implemented from within the control room. No longer requiring a scan be paused or stopped in the middle of a crucial sequence… thus decreasing overall scan time and increasing patient thru–put!
The MRidium™ 3865 Remote Display provides Continuous Visualization of all infusion parameters. Its integral speaker Audibly Alerts clinicians of critical alarm violations. Remotely manage all Programming Adjustments, ‘Stat’ Bolus deliveries and PRN Titrations, as well as facilitate Prompt Clinical Response’s to infusion alarms from the wireless remote control.

MRidium™ 3861 Sidecar Channel
The MRidium™ 3861 Sidecar Channel provides an optional 2nd channel of continuous fluid delivery. The addition of an MRidium™ 3861 Sidecar allows hospitals to convert their single channel MRidium™ 3860+ infusion pump into a Dual-Channel System designed for simultaneous delivery of both small and large volumetric fluids.
Full functionality with the MRidium™ 3865 Bi-Directional Wireless Remote Control provides clinicians with the flexibility to control both infusion channels from a single remote. By simply attaching the MRidium™ 3861 Sidecar Channel to the main unit clinicians may Program, Titrate and View up to two separate infusions simultaneously.

Masimo™ SET SpO2 Monitoring
This optional feature provides clinicians with continuous monitoring of Oxygen Saturation, Pulse Rate, Audible and Visual Alarm Status as well as a graphic indicator of signal strength throughout the scan.
Simply attach the fiber optic SpO2 cable to the SpO2 sensor port on the rear panel of the infusion pump and place the SpO2 finger sensor on the patient. The optional ‘Grip Set’ provides the ideal sensor fit for all sizes of patients.
